JUDGES

Please be ready to start Judging at 3 pm.  You may come early to set up a table representing your organization. The judges table will be on a stage.  You will be brought small samples of each chili, soup or stew. Each sample will be numbered.  Each judge will have a ballot, with the numbers 1-5 for each category; Taste, Creativity, Visual Appeal and Aroma.  You will just circle 1-5 for each category. After you have sampled the last one, you are free to go eat and do as you please.  If you have a table set up, I'm sure there will be people who have questions about animal rescue/adoption, or people wanting to take information home, if provided.  If you have a laptop or tablet with pets available, that would be great for people to get to see!  However you choose to do it, is up to you. If you have business cards that you would like going into all of the bags for the silent auction and bake sale, we will be happy to do put them in beforehand, if provided.
